Theme Parks
Are theme park tickets included in our package?
Some of our packages have theme park entry included, if purchased at the time of making your reservation. Please refer to your confirmation email to view your inclusions. If your package does not already include entry you can purchase tickets from the Sea World Resort Reception upon arrival.
What are my transport options to the Theme Parks?

Do you have a smoking policy?
As of 19 June 2010 all accommodation rooms are non-smoking. Queensland anti-smoking laws prohibit smoking in areas other than the designated smoking areas. Please refer to the Map provided on check-in for locations.
What services are available for disabled persons and others with special needs?
We have 3 disabled rooms with an open shower and handrails which also interconnect with a Resort Room. The Resort can also hire additional equipment. Fees apply. All facilities within the Resort are wheelchair accessible.
What banking facilities are available?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club International and American Express cards.
An automatic teller machine is located in the Resort.

What time is check in and check out?
Check in is from 3:00pm daily.
Check out is 10:00am daily.
Reception is staffed 24 hours a day.
Can I check-in online before I arrive?
Yes, online check-in is available. For further details please visit here.
Do you offer an industry rate?
Industry discounts are available to select Industry employees upon meeting certain criteria, please apply online here. If your request is approved, you will need to show proof of employment (a business card or letter from employer) plus photographic ID.
Does the Resort have suites or apartments?
Sea World Resort has a selection of premium suites overlooking the Broadwater or spa suites with garden views, including a limited selection of rooms with a kitchenette and lounge. Interconnecting rooms are also available.
Between what ages does the Resort consider a child?
Accommodation Room Only Offers and Restaurants: Infant 0-3 yrs; Child 4-13 yrs; Adults 14+ yrs
Accommodation (Including Theme Park Entry) and the Theme Parks: Infant 0-2 yrs; Child 3 -13 yrs; Adults 14+ yrs
What is the weather like?
The Gold Coast has a delightful subtropical climate. Average daytime temperature during summer (December to February) is 28 degrees Celsius. The average temperature in winter (June to August) is a very mild 21 degrees Celsius.
Can I bring a portable fridge or esky?
Our hotel rooms have a compact mini fridge in every room to store a few items during your stay. Electric portable fridges or Esky’s are not permitted in guest rooms or any guest areas for the safety of our team members and guests. Should you have a special requirement, please contact us in advance of your stay to work out the best way we can assist.

Where is Sea World Resort?
Sea World Resort is located on the Gold Coast in the south east corner of the Australian State of Queensland.
The Gold Coast is a very popular holiday destination for Australians and overseas travellers with some of the world's safest and most beautiful beaches, international standard accommodation, world class shopping and dining, and a picturesque hinterland. It is also Australia's theme park capital, home to Sea World, Warner Bros. Movie World, Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast, Australian Outback Spectacular and Paradise Country.
You can get to the Gold Coast by road, rail and air. It has its own International and Domestic Airport, with Brisbane International and Domestic Airports about an hour and a half drive away.

What parking is available at Sea World Resort?
Limited car parking is available onsite at Sea World Resort. Overflow parking is available on Sea World drive at no cost as well as additional parking at Sea World marine park however, when on site please see the concierge team for assistance.
*Note: We do not have undercover parking*
What is the cost for valet parking?
$20 per day limited availability.
Is there trailer parking available?
Trailer parking is available on Sea World drive not within the resort car park (this refers to caravans, boats, jet skis, etc).
What disabled parking options are available?

Can we bring 2 cars?
Additional cars will need to be self-parked on Sea World drive.
What should I do if the resort car park is full?
Guests are welcome to unload any luggage or passengers at the resort entrance prior to parking on the street if the carpark is full.
