1.1 Reservations are non-refundable and full payment must be made at time of booking

1.2 Changes to reservation may only be requested up to 24hrs before arrival date and are subject to availability and price change. $25.00 fee is payable for reservation changes

1.3 If you do not check-in to your room or cancel your reservation you will forfeit total cost of reservation

1.4 All reservations made directly are subject to these terms and conditions. Person making the reservation must be 18 years or over and is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions on behalf of all persons staying under the reservation

1.5 If booking via a Travel Agent the terms and conditions provided by Travel Agent will apply

1.6 A reservation quote is an estimate only. Price and reservation is only guaranteed once full payment is made. Total price of reservation comprises:

• package or room rate multiplied by number of nights reserved and guest number

• additional products/services selected

1.7 Reservations may be amended/cancelled by us in case of computer, website or system error resulting in incorrect room rate/details. We will advise you as soon as possible

2.1 Valid government-issued photo identification to be presented on arrival failing which booking may be cancelled and the full booking amount may be forfeited

2.2 Security deposit is required at check-in:

Credit Card: pre-authorisation* of $50.00 per night of stay allowing you to room charge. On reaching this limit you must settle current charges. Further authorisation required for balance nights of stay to continue to room charge.

Cash: $200.00 refundable on departure subject to room check. Room Charge is not available for cash paying guests

2.3 Credit card used must be in the name of the person on the reservation

*Upon check out your room charges and any extras will be charged to your card and appear on your credit statement within 3 working days. If you choose to pay the amount outstanding with another credit card or by cash, we will cancel the pre-authorisation. We do NOT charge your credit card when accepting a pre-authorisation – it is a security guarantee for payment only and a block against your credit card for the pre-authorised amount which means your spending limit on your card is reduced by that amount. When the pre-authorisation is released is solely dependent on the financial institution that issued the credit card. If the pre-authorisation is not released by your issuing financial institution automatically contact them directly

3.1 Smoking only permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas. Smoking in rooms, balconies or public areas around the Resort is strictly prohibited. We may evict you from the Resort without refund in the event of inappropriate, offensive or unlawful behaviour

3.2 You are responsible for the security of your own personal property. Parking in the Resort’s car park is at your own risk

3.3 Use of water park and attractions at Resort is at your sole risk. Parent, guardian or carer MUST directly supervise an infant or person under their care when using all facilities

Where our liability cannot be excluded, to the extent permitted by law liability is limited to either resupply of the goods or services or the value of goods or services supplied.

Terms and conditions are governed by laws in force in Queensland and courts of appeal therefrom and are subject to any requirements at law to the contrary

(Ticketed Events at Sea World Resort include: Father's Day, Christmas Day Dining, End of Year Pool Party and Shoreline Festive Buffet)

Ticketed Events are subject to availability, change and cancellation. Offers are not available in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. No further discounts apply. Booking cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event. No refund will be provided to no-shows or cancellations made within 7 days prior to the event. Booking cancellations made after the event is sold out will not be refunded. If the event is cancelled for any reason all monies will be refunded.

1. Membership Overview

1.1 The Sea World Resort Family Membership is free and open to everyone aged 18 years or older.

1.2 To join, visit www.seaworldresort.com.au, navigate to the Sea World Resort Family Membership section, and follow the prompts to create an account and complete your free membership registration.

1.3 The member may cancel their Membership any time via the Guest Portal or by contacting us directly (see Section 6).

1.4 Membership is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash. 1.5 Sea World Resort reserves the right to cease, modify or suspend the Membership program at any time by providing reasonable prior notice to members.

1.6 Members are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date to ensure they receive relevant updates and communications.

2. Offers and Availability

2.1 Special offers available to members are subject to availability and may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. 2.2 Individual offer terms and conditions apply. Please refer to the relevant offer Terms & Conditions for full details. 2.3 Preferences and special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Guests are encouraged to advise any specific requirements when booking.

3. Communications and Privacy

3.1 By opting in to the program, members agree to receive promotional emails and communications from Sea World Resort and the Sea World Resort Family Membership program. 3.2 Personal information collected will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy 3.3 Members may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time via the unsubscribe link provided in emails or in the membership preferences settings in the portal.

4. Account and Access

4.1 Members will have access to a personal dashboard where they can view upcoming bookings and manage their membership preferences. 4.2 Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity conducted through their account. 4.3 Sea World Resort is not liable for any loss or unauthorised access resulting from failure to secure login details. 4.4 Sea World Resort reserves the right to suspend or terminate account access in cases of misuse, unauthorised activity, or breach of these terms.

5. General

5.1 Sea World Resort reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available via the Guest Portal.

All Packages are valid for 4 people staying in a ‘Resort Double Room’ Parties wishing to add a fifth guest (regardless of age) must:

(i) pay the applicable additional guest fee, and

(ii) upgrade to a queen room if not already booked in this room type. This fee includes unlimited theme park entry throughout your stay (if included in the package booked). If the fifth guest is an infant, the additional cost is $25 per night, including a cot. Theme Park entry is complimentary for guests 2 and under.

Valid for stays from the 22 April 2026 to 25 September 2026. Subject to availability. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be deducted from your credit card 7 days prior to arrival. The deposit is non-refundable (subject to any requirement at law to the contrary). Date may be changed, subject to availability within the offer time frame. Surcharges apply for weekends, school holidays, and other room types. Rate is valid for the standard number of people per room (2 or 4 depending on the room type) and includes unlimited theme park entry and daily buffet breakfast at Shoreline Restaurant for the duration of the stay. Theme park passes will not be reissued because of limited visitation or ride and premises closures.  A third guest (for king rooms and suites) and fifth guest (for other rooms) (3 years and over) may stay for an additional cost of $85 per night. This fee includes a rollaway bed, unlimited theme park entry and daily buffet breakfast at Shoreline Restaurant throughout their stay.

Sea World Resort offer valid for stays from 1 February 2026 to 27 June 2026 excluding blackout dates from 3 April 2026 to 16 April 2026 inclusive. Package is valid for up to 2 people staying in a Resort Double Room. Additional adults are $25 per person, per night and additional children (3-13 years) are $12 per person, per night. A fifth guest (in an applicable room type) is $85 per night including a rollaway bed, however if the fifth guest is an infant, the additional cost is $25 per night, including a cot. Room rate includes accommodation and breakfast daily for all listed occupants. Subject to availability. Payment required in full by credit card at the time of booking. No refunds (subject to any requirement at law to the contrary). Date may be changed subject to availability and within sell period time frame. Date may be changed subject to availability and within the sell period time frame. Weekend surcharges, school holiday and other room type surcharges apply. Changes to your booking will be accommodated without any penalties up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Rate is twin share. Additional adults are $89 and children are $59 per person, per night including their whale watching experience. From price based on Resort Double Room. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a booked tour will not be refunded. Not suitable for children under 3. Your Sea World Cruises whale watch tour will be booked on your behalf by Sea World Resort for the day after check-in. There is no requirement for guests to contact the operator. Morning cruises will be prioritised subject to availability. If you require an alternative tour time please call 133 386 for availability. Tours depart from the Sea World Cruises Main Beach terminal - no ground transfers or Sea World Resort jetty pickups. Package includes 100% whale sighting guarantee — in the unlikely event that your tour fails to sight a whale you will be provided with a free return tour valid for 12 months. No refunds will be given.
