What is online check-in?
Online check-in allows you to complete the check-in process before you arrive at Sea World Resort, saving you time and making your arrival smoother.
When can I check-in online?
Online check-in is open three (3) days before your scheduled stay and is available until 3:00pm.
What if I need to change or cancel my reservation after completing online check-in?
Once you have checked in online you are unable to modify or cancel your check-in. If you have checked in and you do not plan to stay, please contact 13 10 11.
How do I complete online check-in?
Before arriving at the resort, you will receive an email to complete online check-in through our website. Simply log in with your reservation details and follow the prompts.

How will I know when my room is ready?
You will receive a notification via email or text message once your room is ready. Notifications are sent to the contact details confirmed during online check-in.
Do I need to visit Sea World Resort Reception upon arrival?
If you have completed online check-in, once you have received a room-ready notification, simply visit Reception with photo ID to collect your key anytime.
If you have not completed online check-in, you will need to visit Reception upon your arrival.
Is there a fee for using online check-in?
No, online check-in is a complimentary service provided for your convenience.
