Online check-in is open three (3) days before your scheduled stay and is available until 3:00pm.

Once you have checked in online you are unable to modify or cancel your check-in. If you have checked in and you do not plan to stay, please contact 133 386.

Before arriving at the resort, you will receive an email to complete online check-in through our website. Simply log in with your reservation details and follow the prompts.

You will receive a notification via email or text message once your room is ready. Notifications are sent to the contact details confirmed during online check-in.

• If you have completed online check-in, once you have received a room-ready notification, simply visit Reception with photo ID to collect your key anytime.

• If you have not completed online check-in, you will need to visit Reception upon your arrival.
